    Is support provided free of charge?
    I would like to send you a screenshot I made. How can I do that?
    I'm a registered user of your software but I no longer use the e-mail I specified when buying the product. Can I ask my questions using a different e-mail address?
    The Registration Code you have given me says that it is invalid. What is the problem?

Is support provided free of charge?

   

Yes, the support is absolutely free of charge for the registered users of the CONVEXSOFT programs. The unregistered users can also ask their questions concerning the software purchase and work.

     
 

I would like to send you a screenshot I made. How can I do that?

   

You can attach your screenshot to your message sent to the support. To do that use the Attach button available near the message field. When you click it a window will open that will let you upload any file to the support system. Just locate the file you need on your computer hard disk drive and add it to your message.

     
 

I'm a registered user of your software but I no longer use the e-mail I specified when buying the product. Can I ask my questions using a different e-mail address?

   

Yes, you can. Any valid e-mail address can be used to contact the CONVEXSOFT support system. Nevertheless, as the registered users you will receive the highest priority status to get answered.

     
 

The Registration Code you have given me says that it is invalid. What is the problem?

   

The Registration Code is a long sequence of letters and numbers that can be easily confused when typed.
If you typed this information manually from your registration email, it is possible that errors may have been entered into the Registration Code field of the Registration screen. Therefore, it is recommended that you 'COPY and PASTE' this information from your Registration email onto the Registration screen.

     
 

What is the refund policy?

   

We provide functional trial versions of our software so our customers can fully evaluate and try the software before making a purchase. So due to our distribution method WE CAN NOT refund orders once they have been processed.
